By downloading or using Kakuchi, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Your licence

Kakuchi is licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, one-time licence for one Mac that you own or control, including all future updates. You may not resell, share, redistribute or reverse engineer Kakuchi or your licence key, except where the law allows it.

Moving your licence

A licence key works on one Mac at a time. If you get a new Mac, move your licence to it from the app's settings.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, and its terms apply to the payment. The launch price of $14.99 is for a limited time, after which the regular price applies.

Refunds

If Kakuchi isn't for you, email support@kakuchi.app within 14 days of buying for a full refund, with no reason needed. A refunded licence key is revoked.

Widgets and AI

• Widgets you install or build can read data and use the network as they declare. You approve this when you add them. Install widgets only from sources you trust.
• AI features use your own key or a model on your Mac. Provider charges and terms are between you and the provider, and generated widgets can be wrong, so check what they do.

What you show

You're responsible for what your widgets display and share, including on screen shares and recordings.

Your content

The widgets you make and the data on your Mac are yours. We claim no rights to them.

Warranty

Kakuchi is provided "as is". We don't promise it is error-free or that it works with every app, display or macOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change. Kakuchi isn't affiliated with Apple Inc. Mac and macOS belong to their owners. Questions: support@kakuchi.app.
